A supported way through separation
In the privacy of my counselling room, I offer Conscious Separation Counselling, a specialised therapeutic framework for couples or individuals who wish to navigate the conclusion of their relationship constructively.
As a qualified relationship specialist, a registered member of the BACP, an accredited member of the NCPS and a member of the ACC, I provide a safe, neutral and deeply supportive environment. The aim is to help you untangle your lives while protecting your psychological wellbeing.
How we work together
- Constructive communication: Moving away from blame, score-keeping and reactive loops to support clear, dignified dialogue.
- Emotional processing and closure: Safely navigating the complex layers of grief, anger and loss that can accompany a major life transition.
- Child-centred co-parenting: Developing a collaborative approach that supports your children’s emotional stability and creates a healthier future structure.
- Honouring the shared past: Acknowledging the value of what you built together, allowing the chapter to close without carrying unresolved resentment into the future.
- Designing the next chapter: Creating a respectful and practical framework for living apart with as much clarity and goodwill as possible.
Conscious Separation Counselling is therapeutic support. It does not replace legal advice, mediation or financial guidance.
