A 50-minute couples session costs £90. A 90-minute couples session costs £120.
How long is a couples counselling session?
You can choose a 50-minute or 90-minute couples session. We can consider which format is most appropriate before you book.
Can I come to relationship counselling without my partner?
Yes. Individual therapy can help you understand relationship patterns, process difficulties and clarify your own needs, even if your partner does not attend.
Do we need to know whether we want to stay together?
No. Counselling can offer a neutral space to understand the relationship and explore possible ways forward. I will not direct you towards staying together or separating.
Is online couples counselling available?
Yes. I offer online counselling across Hampshire and the UK, alongside in-person sessions in Romsey, near Southampton.
Is couples counselling confidential?
Counselling is confidential within the professional, legal and safeguarding limits that I explain before therapy begins. You can read more on the Ethics and Professional Standards page.
What happens in the first counselling session?
The first session gives us time to understand what brings you to therapy, what each person hopes for and whether the way I work feels suitable for you.
Where is MIHO Counselling located?
In-person appointments take place at Unit 74 Premier Way, Abbey Estate, Romsey SO51 9AQ, Hampshire, near Southampton. Online appointments are also available.
Can sessions be held in Polish?
Yes. Counselling is available in English or Polish.
