Relationship and individual therapy in Romsey, near Southampton, and online across Hampshire and the UK
Relational therapy · Romsey & online

When your relationship feels stuck, understanding can create a way forward.

I help couples and individuals slow down painful patterns, understand what is happening beneath conflict or distance, and find a more honest way of relating to each other and to themselves.

“The aim is not to decide who is right, but to understand the relationship you have created together and what each of you may want to change.”
How I work

Warm, direct and deeply relational

I work integratively, which means I do not force every person or couple into one model. We may attend to the relationship between us in the room, recurring patterns, earlier experiences, emotional needs, protective strategies and the choices available now.

I will not take sides or tell you what your relationship should become. I will help you hear what is often lost beneath blame, withdrawal or defensiveness, while keeping the work honest and purposeful.
